At the risk of sounding like a broken record (or scratched CD) and repeating myself, I cannot express enough of our appreciation (and the sincerity of it) to you, Lara and the rest of your staff for playing such a huge part in the success of our Symposium this past Wednesday at the Lincoln Center.
Again this year the comments we heard about the food and the service were nothing but positive, glowing in fact! As I mentioned to you, if we can't entice people to come back next year for the information, with Simply Gourmet as our caterer we'll be able to entice them back for the food! But, the food wasn't the only element of your "product" that was top notch. So too was the care that you, Lara, and the rest of your staff took of me personally, and all our attendees.
The success of our event was very important to our Association, and you were very important to the success of the event. For that, and once again for all you did (and for all you do), my many thanks -- you're the best!
