What do your services include?

Simply Gourmet is a full service catering company.  We are more than happy to help plan all the details of your event, and work in coordination with other event staff (such as venue staff and wedding planners) to ensure that things run smoothly.  Our professional staff is knowledgeable and courteous, ready to assist you and your guests so that you can enjoy your event without the worry.  

Can I personalize my menu, or do I have to pick from pre-set menus only?

Yes, you can personalize your menu.  Our food is freshly prepared on site.  If you want only seafood, we can plan a menu of only seafood.  If you love basil, we can incorporate basil into several of your menu items.  We love to work with you so that your menu is created with your taste and style in mind.

Do you offer any vegetarian or vegan foods?

Yes.  We can provide a vegetarian or vegan alternative to your regular menu item so that the dietary needs of your guests are accommodated.  We can also prepare organic foods for those who prefer organic cuisine.

I have my location booked, when should I book my caterer?

All events should be booked as soon as possible to ensure availability. 

What information should I have available when inquiring about catering?

It is helpful for you to have an estimated number of guests you plan to invite, your estimated budget, the date and location of your event.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes.  A deposit guarantees the calendar date for your event, and locks in the current pricing. It is then credited toward your balance due. 

When is final guest count due?

Your final count is due 7-14 days before your event, depending on the type of event you are having. 

Can I add guests or services at the last minute?

Yes.  Fees for any last minute additions or changes will be due at the completion of your event. 

Do you provide bartending services?

Yes.  Our professional bar service includes up to three bar tenders & service of beer, wine or cocktails. 

Do you provide non-alcoholic beverage choices and coffee?

Yes.  We offer a delicious white grape sparkling punch and water at no charge.  Regular and decaffeinated gourmet coffee is provided at an additional fee, and is served with cream, milk, and sugar.

Do you recommend personal consultations?

Yes, we encourage on site meetings to personally discuss the specifics of your event, and assist with the event planning.

Do you have references?

Yes, and we'll be happy to send them to you upon request.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, Visa or MasterCard.
